Join our Training program
Our performance training focuses on building strength and improving overall fitness. Participants will engage in a variety of exercises designed to target muscle groups throughout the body, using weights, resistance bands, and bodyweight exercises. The workouts are designed to increase strength, endurance, agility, balance, flexibility, power, explosiveness, core strength, hip mobility, and speed. In addition, the trainer monitors progress to ensure maximum results and makes necessary adjustments to the program as needed. Overall, the trainer’s designed workouts are the perfect combination of challenge and motivation.
Youth (Ages 7-13) – Strength & Conditioning
- 3-days per week on Tue, Thurs, Sat
- Cost: Member Rate $200/month, Non-Member Rate $250/month
Workout Schedule:
- Tuesdays & Thursdays: 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM
- Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM (Includes hill workouts at a local hill)
Duration:
- Session 1 – 10/1 – 10/26
- Session 2 – 10/29 – 11/23
- Session 3 – 11/26 – 12/21

High School (Winter Competition Team)
- 4-days per week
- Includes weight training
- Winter Track Meets including indoor competitions
- Cost: $350/month
