Join our strength & condition program

Our strength and conditioning performance training focuses on building strength and improving overall fitness. Participants will engage in a variety of exercises designed to target muscle groups throughout the body, using weights, resistance bands, and bodyweight exercises. The workouts are designed to increase strength, endurance, agility, balance, flexibility, power, explosiveness, core strength, hip mobility, and speed. In addition, the trainer monitors progress to ensure maximum results and makes necessary adjustments to the program as needed. Overall, the trainer’s designed workouts are the perfect combination of challenge and motivation.

***All High School athletes will have an opportunity to compete in indoor track meets.

Youth (Ages 7-13) – Registration Open

  • 3-days per week on Tue, Thurs, Sat
  • Cost: Member Rate $200/month, Non-Member Rate $250/month

Workout Schedule:

  • Tuesdays & Thursdays: 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM
  • Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM (Includes hill workouts at a local hill)

Duration:

  • Session 1 – 10/1 – 10/26
  • Session 2 – 10/29 – 11/23
  • Session 3 – 11/26 – 12/21

Location: Willow Street Frank Bramhall Park

 

High School (Ages 13 and up) – Coming Soon

  • 4-days per week
  • Includes weight training
  • Cost: $450/month for  
  • Ages 12 may choose this option with trainer approval

Facility location options:

  • Gilroy (High School only) – Led by Xios Fitness
  • San Jose
