fitness training program is led and designed by XIOS Fitness owner/IBL National Champions Bay Area Panthers Strength & Conditioning coach Andrew De La Cruz

Our program is open to all youth ages 7-18.

Our strength and conditioning performance training is a monthly membership that focuses on building strength and improving overall fitness. Participants will engage in a variety of exercises designed to target muscle groups throughout the body, using weights, resistance bands, and bodyweight exercises. The workouts are designed to increase strength, endurance, agility, balance, flexibility, power, explosiveness, core strength, hip mobility, and speed. In addition, the trainer monitors progress to ensure maximum results and makes necessary adjustments to the program as needed. Overall, the trainer’s designed workouts are the perfect combination of challenge and motivation.

All athletes will receive a discount on MVP Track Club registration. All High School athletes will have an opportunity to compete in multiple indoor track meets.


  • $150/month for  3-days per week

  • Gilroy Area: XIOS Fitness – 7387 Monterey Hwy, Gilroy, CA 95020
  • San Jose Area: Relocating. Look for updates early 2024.
