Youth Strength & Conditioning Performance Training

Our strength and conditioning sessions are designed specifically for developing young athletes. Each class is high-energy and focuses on building strength, speed, and overall athletic performance.

Workouts combine resistance training, plyometrics, bodyweight exercises, and mobility drills to improve:

  • Strength & endurance

  • Core stability & hip mobility

  • Agility, balance, and flexibility

  • Power & explosiveness

  • Sprint speed and injury prevention

Athletes are monitored closely to ensure proper technique and steady progress. Programs are adjusted as needed to challenge each participant at the right level. These workouts are the ideal mix of structure, motivation, and performance-driven results.


Program Details

  • Ages: 6-13
  • Schedule: Tuesdays & Thursdays, 5:30–6:30 PM

  • Frequency: 2 sessions per week

  • Cost: Member Rate $225/month

  • Start Date: Monthly sessions beginning in September

  • Location: Willow Street Frank Bramhall Park
